Terms & Conditions of Booking

Payment is required at the time of booking. Workshop places cannot be reserved without payment.

All workshop bookings are accepted subject to availability. If you place a booking for a workshop that is fully booked, you will be advised by email within 48 hours and offered the opportunity to change to a different date or a different workshop, or to have a full refund.

You have a right to cancel your booking within 14 days of placing it, under The Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you wish to cancel a booking, please email workshops@tamarvalleygirl.com with your order number. A full refund will be processed within 48 hours. Please note that refunds cannot be made within 48 hours of the workshop starting.

If you wish to change a booking to a different date or a different workshop, please email workshops@tamarvalleygirl.com with your order number and the course you wish to change to. The change will be confirmed by email within 48 hours, subject to availability on your chosen workshop. Please note that changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the workshop starting.

A minimum of 3 attendees are required for a workshop to run. If this minimum number is not met within 48 hours of the workshop start time, you will be contacted by email and offered the opportunity to change to a different date or a different workshop, or to have a full refund.
