Every month there’s a free small business advice session at Tavistock Enterprise Hub for people starting their own business, or just thinking about it.
It’s hosted by myself and Hub Manager Rhiannon, who’s an all-round business whizz, with a supporting cast of local people who are involved in running businesses. Start-Up Club is an informal session where you can get practical help and advice over a coffee.
You might be wondering what legal status your business should have, or need recommendations for an accountant. You might want advice on marketing, or the best IT equipment. Or you might be worried about spending so much time sat alone at your desk and not speaking to real people all day!
We’ll answer questions where we can, and point you in the right direction for experts where necessary. Mostly, we’ll support you and give honest advice, and encourage you to support each other so attendees can encourage each other’s businesses to grow.
Sessions are 6.00pm – 7.00pm on Wednesdays, once a month. Dates are listed on the calendar.
Anyone is welcome to attend, but please complete the booking form to let us know beforehand that you’re coming.
